Intro to Notice Book
Two minutes to set up. One minute a day. A relationship that gets stronger on purpose.
Here’s exactly what happens, start to finish. No mystery, no homework.

Step 1 · About two minutes
Add one person. Tell us how you want to be asked.
That’s the whole setup. You pick who, how often, what time, and how many things you want to notice each time. The defaults are good — daily, 7:00 AM, two appreciations — and everything is yours to change.
Who
Your partner, a kid, a parent, a friend. Add one now, more whenever.
How often
Daily, weekly, monthly, or every N days. Your rhythm.
What time
Morning coffee or end of day. Pick the moment you actually have a minute.
How many
One thing, two things, three. Two is the sweet spot.
Want to tune the reminders? Open Advanced and choose which channels, in what order, and how long to wait before the next one. Or don’t — the defaults work.
Step 2 · We do the remembering
It comes to you. Then it comes to you again.
At the time you chose, a nudge lands on your phone. Don’t answer? A couple of hours later it texts you. Still busy? It emails. You set the order and the wait. The second you answer, it stops — no pile of unread reminders, no guilt.
Push
A tap opens straight to the card.
Text
Works even when you'd never open an app.
For the desk-at-noon crowd.
Miss a day entirely? It quietly disappears. Tomorrow is a clean slate.
Step 3 · About a minute
Say it or type it. Then you’re done.
Tap the card. Two numbered fields open right there — one for each thing you noticed. Type it, or hit the mic and just say it the way you’d say it to a friend. Save. The card slides away, your streak ticks up, and that’s it until tomorrow.
Talk, don't type
Every field has a mic. End-of-day you is tired; end-of-day you can still talk.
Half counts
Only have one thing tonight? Save it. It still counts.
Edited, not erased
You can fix a note any time. Single notes can't be deleted — but a whole person, or your whole account, can be.
A streak that forgives. Miss one day, nothing happens. Miss two in a row, it resets — and you’ll never see a wall of shame. Pause for vacation and it waits for you.
Step 4 · The reason
This is where it stops being an app.
A few weeks in, something shifts. You start catching things during the day because you know you’ll be asked tonight. You notice more. You say more. They feel it before you’ve told them a single thing.
That’s not a hunch. In a randomized experiment, people who expressed appreciation to a partner for a few weeks rated their relationship as stronger and closer than people who only thought grateful thoughts. In a nine-month study of real couples, the more appreciative ones were more attentive — and more likely to still be together at the end.

You're answering because it asked.

Month 6
You have a hundred dated, specific reasons. They can tell.
Year 1
You hand them a book. Or a letter. Or a year of your voice.
One person. One question a day. Start tonight.
Add someone you love. Pick a time. Answer when it asks. That’s the whole job — we’ll handle the rest.
